Workout Plans

Want to maintain a consistent workout routine but not ready to commit to a personal trainer? Fit U offers monthly workout calendars with customized workout schedules that are tailored to your fitness goals. Each month you will receive a calendar outlining what muscle groups to workout, timed cardio goals & rest/active recovery days. Each monthly calendar also includes two complete workout circuits.
